superior bed pool view sea access noisy air conditioner thin curtains late checkout
i stayed in a superior queen bed. it had pool view and i liked it. the sea was easily accessible. it was great i could walk right in from the sand.
the air conditioner was making noise and i didn't get much sleep because of it. the curtains didn't fully cover the windows. i asked for a later checkout but i didn't get it.

excellent stay with premium amenities
convenient access stocked fridge fresh towels reassuring security
the hotel location offered convenient access to the beach and snorkeling spots. my room had a functional air conditioner and a mini fridge stocked with water. i appreciated the availability of fresh towels and toiletries daily. hotel security was present and visible, i found that to be reassuring.
the music near the pool was a bit loud sometimes, it made it difficult to relax completely in that area.

the main restaurant features a diverse buffet with various international dishes. the gazelle restaurant offers a quieter dining atmosphere with a smaller selection. both restaurants provided readily available water, juice, and soft drinks during meal times.

the hotel has three interconnected pools, ensuring ample space for swimming. the beach area includes dedicated snorkeling zones with clear markers. complimentary beach towels are provided near the beach entrance, and they are easily accessible. the gym contains treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights.

amazing beach colorful reef friendly staff available staff
i found the beach amazing, the colorful reef just a short walk from the coast. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. mohamed magdy was very kind and always available.
the food was not always up to par!

The hotel is near farcha café. the old market and the mosque are about four kilometers away. the hotel is a beach resort close to the sea. It reminds me of resorts in brazil.

I had quick check-in and check-out. every staff member was helpful. They always provided the best service. the hotel operates a professional dive center following the standards of the region.

The food was varied. I found plenty of choices at every meal. breakfast time could be extended. the hotel also has fantastic desserts, and there is good food overall.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It had been renovated. the room has great maintenance and a privileged location. i could access the bars, the restaurant, and other areas for leisure easily. The room was enormous!
